clean room ,

only at 11:30pm others room members was too noisy ... understand from reception. workers just come back from work

The place is clean and quite spacious. Great for families as they also have attached rooms..

bed is comfy and air cond works. Reception is friendly

no hot water. You can turn it up to max and it'll still be room temperature. But overall i'm happy with my stay

staff to rigid and not friendly. everything also cannot . even request to check out slightly later

the staff was very rigid. everything also cannot . request to check out later by 30 minutes also not allowed and ask me to pay RM 75.00 after I have stayed for 3 nights. Aircond not cold at all... The maintenance guy keep on say no issues and even removed out the air con filter and say it will work . but i was too tired to further complain as the staff was not friendly . The room even have lizards roaming around.

Will not be back to the hotel anymore

The most Robotic receptionist we had very seen - no expression no smile and we arrive at 12 noon, he did not bother to check if the room is available and just say that the check in time is after 2pm ONLY

Nice location to malls and city. Free Wifi and value for money for a short stay. Room is clean and that's about all.

Extra pillow will cost money. Hardly get any hot water for showering. Wobbly basin tap and lighting in the shower area is not working. Door lock chain is not working. Room definitely looks way different from listing page and kind of misleading. Refer to the pictures I took of the room we stayed.

The room I choose is comfy and satisfied during my stay..

Coincidence hotel under renovate that time at lobby, overall ok

The lobby was very spacious.I can get hot & cold water.So efficient was the house keeping to send the hairdryer.

I made a point to call n confirm a room after I received confirmation of booking. zBut when Cynthia was not there who supported me I had to go thru the hassle of checking in by a much less efficient staff. Luckily Sri was there to just told the boy to expedite the checking in. Need better service

Just by coincidence that we discovered this hotel , from the look of it from out side does not look attractive but the inside was good and clean and not so old or have bad oudour

If have a reassurance of car park security will be great. Just for peace of mind.A hair dryer will be great to have .

I like Cynthia, her professionalism, very high service standard. The cleaner was very good, very helpful.Everything was good.

I think.there is a new boy who doesn't speak properly and so there is a big drop in service standard. I hope he improves.There should be an instruction on how to get hot water from.the water dispenser.

the coffee is good, staffs are friendly and helpful. Good housekeeping

every room must have iron board and iron for guest.

Fast and easy check in process and easy to find parking just outside the hotel..nice and clean room the staffs were really polite and friendly.. There's giant and aeon mall nearby and a lot of eating places
